Ideal candidates will bring experience in schools, teletherapy, and healthcare environments, and can include Certified Clinical Fellows (CFY) as well as fully licensed SLPs and SLPAs. Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field (for SLPs); Associate's or Bachelor’s degree for SLPAs
Valid state licensure or eligibility (SLP CCC, SLP CFY, SLPA)
Experience in school-based or healthcare SLP settings
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfort with in-person and/or teletherapy services
Collaborative attitude and passion for supporting students of diverse backgrounds

Key Responsibilities:

Provide speech and language evaluations and therapy in school settings
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with communication disorders
Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to ensure holistic student support
Maintain progress records and participate in IEP and team meetings
Adapt therapy sessions for in-person or telepractice formats as needed
