We are seeking an Insurance Customer Service Representative who is detail-oriented, client-focused, and motivated to grow within a professional insurance organization. This role is responsible for supporting clients through renewals, policy changes, service requests, and proactive coverage reviews, while also identifying cross-sell opportunities. You will work in a collaborative, well-supported environment with transparent processes, strong leadership, and real advancement opportunities.

  • Base salary of $45,000

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support for service requests and policy questions
  • Conduct coverage reviews and basic risk assessments for existing clients
  • Identify and support cross-sell and upsell opportunities within the client base
  • Manage policy changes, endorsements, and documentation
  • Consult with clients to explain coverage options and next steps clearly
  • Maintain organized and compliant client records


Requirements

  • Willingness to obtain insurance licensing with agency support
  • Strong communication skills with a calm, professional demeanor
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to understand coverage needs
  • Comfort supporting sales conversations and cross-selling when appropriate
  • Prior insurance experience is a bonus
