At Anacortes Health & Rehabilitation of Cascadia Healthcare, we’re dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality skilled nursing and rehabilitation care that supports our residents in living their best lives. We’re looking for a dependable and caring Registered Nurse (RN) to join our nursing team and help us deliver exceptional clinical care and support to our residents and their families.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care and clinical oversight in accordance with care plans, physician orders, and company policies.
- Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure safe and effective resident care.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and in compliance with regulations.
- Assess, monitor, and document resident conditions, communicating changes promptly to the physician and care team.
- Participate in developing and updating individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure documentation meets all facility, state, and federal standards.
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate nursing interventions as needed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote resident well-being and recovery.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- RN license in the state of Washington.
- Valid CPR certification.
- Six months or more of experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.

Qualifications
Education
Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing. BSN preferred.
Licenses/Certification
Current RN Licensure in the State employed.
Valid CPR Certification.
Experience
Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred.
