Responsibilities:
• Handle daily financial transactions, including processing payments, reviewing collections, and reconciling bank statements.
• Oversee deposit management for various channels such as banks, PayPal, and checks.
• Manage vendor statements, ensuring accuracy and resolving unapplied payments.
• Conduct audits related to workman’s compensation and business tax compliance requirements.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable activities with precision.
• Maintain accurate records of financial data in QuickBooks.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and tax filings.
• Prepare detailed reconciliations to support financial reporting.
• Collaborate with team members to address discrepancies and improve financial processes.
• Proven experience in bookkeeping and financial management.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online for maintaining accurate financial records.
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes.
• Cost accounting and manufacturing experience a plus.
• Familiarity with vendor statement management and payment audits.
• Ability to handle compliance requirements, including workman’s compensation audits.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
