Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist in Charge experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Assignment Type: 8+ Week Contract to Potential Hire
Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift | Monday Friday

RPh on the Go is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Infusion Pharmacist in Charge for a contract-to-hire opportunity with a home infusion pharmacy in Oklahoma City, OK. This position is ideal for pharmacists with strong clinical and operational experience in infusion services who are ready to take on a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations

  • Supervise and support pharmacy staff, including pharmacists and technicians

  • Verify and dispense compounded infusion medications accurately and safely

  • Provide clinical support and guidance for infusion therapies

  • Maintain inventory and ensure quality control standards are met

  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Shift:

  • Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm; possible weekends

Requirements:

  • Active Oklahoma Pharmacist license in good standing

  • Minimum 2 years of home infusion or sterile compounding experience

  • Previous leadership or management experience strongly preferred

  • Strong knowledge of USP <797> and <800> guidelines

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
