We are seeking a Camp and Retreats Senior Program Specialist to be responsible for planning and implementing experiential events for Camp Nai Nai Nai and the other immerisves, such as Mem Global retreats. Camp Nai Nai Nai is the ultimate Jewish summer camp for adults in their 20s and 30s! Launched in 2017, this all-inclusive weekend experience has become a staple of Jewish young adult life. We are passionate about continuing our work in engaging young adults at our in-person camps and providing unique access points to Jewish life for young adults through other experiences, such as Jews Cruises and retreats! This position will report into our Camps and Retreats Senior Program Manager.

- Recruitment, Marketing and Communication – you will drive recruitment and brand awareness for Camp Nai Nai Nai and Retreats through partnerships, social media and paid advertisement, in addition to:
- Managing relationships with organizational partners;
- Leading collaboration with other Mem Global teams for recruitment and planning (Resident Support, MHWOW and Immersive Teams);
- Initiating program projects, specifically with the Marketing & Communications team to ensure quality production and delivery of all marketing materials, social media and advertising assets;
- Assist with communication strategy through website management, ongoing email outreach and social media.
- Registration – you will manage all aspects of retreat and camp registration and evaluation, including:
- Preparing regular Salesforce reports, presentations, and updates on camp and retreats to Mem Global staff, Senior Management Team, funders, and other stakeholders.
- Managing emails in two separate inboxes to ensure that correspondences are received, reviewed, and addressed in a timely manner.
- Logistical Organization and Implementation:
- Co-leading creation of annual retreats and camp calendar;
- Managing relationships with organizational partners, including serving as the primary contact for all program venues and vendors (and ensuring payments);
- Managing Event Production – overseeing event operations, including vendor and venue management, production schedules, supply management and logistical implementation;
- Researching and securing vendors for lodging, transportation and event services for Retreats; including negotiating with vendors and managing vendor contracts and payments for Retreats and Camp;
- Budget and expense tracking;
- Security and emergency protocol – oversee the hiring of security companies, when needed, to ensure the safety of staff and campers and manage emergency protocols on site.
- You have a Bachelor's degree, or an equivalent four years of full-time work experience, in addition to 5 years of full-time post-undergraduate relevant professional work experience.
- You are eligible to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship and travel as needed, with expected travel 6-8 weekends a year.

- You possess a valid driving license and are willing, able, and excited to travel to various retreat sites, with responsibility for arriving early to perform setup, do snacks and supplies runs, and then remain open to driving for other related purposes that may arise during retreat weekends.
The Fine Print:
The Camp and Retreats Senior Program Specialist is a full-time, exempt, year-round position, and requires weekday office hours, and some evenings and weekends (expected travel 6-8 weekends per year), to complete job requirements. This position works in one of our U.S. Hub Offices (Encinitas, Chicago, New York, Washington, D.C., or Charlotte), and is supervised by the Camps and Retreats Senior Program Manager.
Our team works a hybrid schedule at our Hub Offices, where employees can choose to work remotely 2 days per week and collaborate in-person with coworkers the rest of the week.

How Mem Global Pays You:
The starting salary range for this full-time exempt position is:
- NYC, Encinitas or D.C.: $66,000 - $71,000
- Chicago: $63,000 - $68,000
- Charlotte: $60,000 - $65,000
- Your specific salary within these ranges will take into consideration education, experience and location.
