Associate or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT), and 1+ year of Cath Lab experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A skilled Cath Lab Technician position is available for a 13-week travel assignment in Wilkesboro, NC. This role involves working four 10-hour day shifts, from 6:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with varied days off and minimal on-call requirements. The schedule supports a balanced workweek with typically only 1-2 call-ins per week.
Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Cath Lab Technician
- At least 1 year of prior travel experience preferred
- Proficient in Moderate Sedation and Cath Lab procedures
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Recent proficiency with EPIC EMR system
- Must hold a valid NC license or a Multistate license
- Adherence to dress code: scrubs must be all navy or all white
- Candidates living less than 40 miles from the facility are not eligible
- Drivers License required for address verification before offer acceptance
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist in cardiac catheterization laboratory procedures
- Monitor patients under moderate sedation
- Operate and maintain cath lab equipment
- Document procedures accurately using EPIC EMR
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care
