Odam Medical Group, a Minnesota based Primary Care practice with focus on Chronic Disease Management, Family Care, Mobile Clinic and Community Health has opening for a Family Physician in its multi-site clinics at three (3) locations. All the health facilities have a Health Professional Shortage Area (HPSA) score of 7 or higher thus are eligible for HHS J-1 visa waiver sponsorship.

· The practice also has a mobile medical clinic covering multiple counties in Minnesota providing an option to add practicing in a rural health clinic.
· Will also provide medical consulting on Refugee health for multiple counties and the Department of Health.
· There is a great opportunity to provide School Health to various schools in the metro area.
· A rich and diverse practice is provided building valuable experience in practice management and health services research in the care of minority populations and individuals with health disparities.
The practice has affiliations with 5 major hospitals and multiple specialists in Minnesota who provide tertiary care to our patients.
Great and experiences allied medical staff, Full Lab, Vaccination Center, X-ray, and Electronic Health Records. Excellent data analytics team trained in Disease management and tracking to facilitate the reduction in gaps in care.
Benefit:
