Job Overview:
Ensures that all punch list items are complete, to the required specifications and the customers satisfaction.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all punch list items are complete to the customers satisfaction.
- Manage reports to the superintendent.
- Reports punch issues to the operations managers and superintendents.
- Ability to determine solutions that are both beneficial to the client as well as cost-effective.
- Must have the ability to work from a ladder.
- Must be able to lift and operate a jackhammer.
- Must be able to dig into the ground with a shovel and mix concrete with a shovel.
- Responds promptly to customer needs; solicits customer feedback to improve
service, meets commitments.
- Ability to listen, get clarification, and respond well to questions.
- Looking for ways to improve and promote quality, demonstrate accuracy, and thoroughness.
- Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment, manage competing demands, and change approach or method to best fit the situation.
- Ability to deal with frequent changes, delays, or unexpected events.
- Attending work is an essential function of this job.

Education and/or Experience:
Four to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Additional education is preferred but not required.
Skills & Competencies:
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to produce routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percentage, and to draw and interpret pipe size and utilize measuring devices.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations where only limited standardizations exist
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
