Assistant Nurse Manager (Overnight)

About the Role
We are on the lookout for a passionate Assistant Nurse Manager to help lead our dedicated nursing team during overnight shifts. This is a full-time position with 12-hour shifts, where you will play a crucial role in our mission.
Your Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Nurse Manager to oversee nursing operations, medication administration, and medical treatment.
- Participate in scheduling, leading, and developing our nursing staff.
- Ensure adherence to medical safety standards and that nursing practices align with licensing requirements.
- Liaise between administration, physicians, pharmacy, clinical staff, and clients on behalf of the Nurse Manager.
- Share call rotation responsibilities with the Nurse Manager as part of this leadership role.
What We’re Looking For
- Active Registered Nurse license (or eligibility); pursuing a BSN is a plus.
- Previous experience in a nursing operations leadership role, preferably in a hospital or residential setting.
- Experience in Professional Nursing for Mental Health or Behavioral Health populations is essential.
- Strong communication and time management skills, along with a commitment to safety and teamwork.
- Current CPR/BLS certification (we can help you obtain this if needed).
