As a BCaBA at Apara, you’ll have the opportunity to help shape our clinical culture, collaborate with dynamic professionals, and provide high-quality, compassionate care.
Key ResponsibilitiesReporting directly to the Clinic Director, you will:
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and oversee the implementation of services
- Provide family guidance and collaborate with caregivers to generalize skills
- Supervise, mentor, and train RBTs/BTs to ensure exceptional clinical outcomes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to promote continuity of care
- Write and implement complex behavior support plans
- Collect and analyze behavioral data to drive treatment decisions
- Ensure ongoing compliance with BACB and company policies
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Active BCaBA certification, in good standing with the BACB and State Licensure (if applicable)
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 2+ years of experience as a practicing BCaBA (preferred)
- Proficiency with practice management systems (Central Reach preferred)
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
