Job Description: We are seeking an organized and proactive CSR/Dispatcher to join our dynamic team. As a CSR/Dispatcher at zTrip, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the daily operations of our fleet, ensuring timely and efficient service.
Key Responsibilities of a CSR/Dispatcher:
- Schedule and dispatch drivers to appropriate locations according to customer requests, specifications, or needs.
- Monitor and track vehicle locations and statuses.
- Communicate with drivers to provide updates and instructions.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle and driver activities.
- Address and resolve any issues or emergencies that arise during operations.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow.
Qualifications of a CSR/Dispatcher:
- Proven experience in dispatching or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies.
- Familiarity with dispatch software and tools.
- Valid driver's license.
