Responsibilities:
• Manage a high volume of inbound calls with professionalism and a customer-first attitude.
• Provide accurate information about products and services while addressing customer inquiries.
• Use multiple computer systems and applications to retrieve and input customer data efficiently.
• Resolve customer concerns with empathy and maintain a positive rapport.
• Document customer interactions and update account records with precision.
• Collaborate with team members and departments to address complex issues.
• Meet performance goals and adhere to quality standards set by the organization.
• Stay informed on company policies, product updates, and industry trends.
• At least 1 year of experience working in an inbound call center.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing customer service with superb verbal communication skills and overall professionalism
• Demonstrated ability to maintain a positive attitude and efficiency in customer interactions.
• Typing proficiency of at least 35 words per minute.
• Skilled in navigating multiple computer systems and applications.
• Strong multitasking capabilities to manage calls and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and overtime.
