We're seeking a motivated, self-starting Insurance Sales Representative to help individuals and families while building a recurring book of business. This role is ideal for driven professionals who enjoy relationship-based selling, a team-oriented environment, and clear income growth opportunities. You will work in a supportive office with structured training, flexibility, and a proven business model that rewards performance over time with commissions on renewals.

  • $24,000-$36,000 base salary, based on experience
  • First year earnings around $48,000-$60,000 with base + commission

Responsibilities

  • Prospect for new clients through referrals, outreach, and relationship building
  • Sell multiple lines of insurance tailored to client needs
  • Conduct regular client reviews to ensure proper coverage and retention
  • Manage ongoing account relationships with a focus on service and trust
  • Collaborate with service staff to deliver a seamless client experience
