Step Up Rehab is the in-house therapy provider at Diamond Ridge Health and Rehabilitation Center.

Work inside the dedicated therapy gym within this skilled nursing facility, helping residents regain function and independence through skilled, compassionate care.

What You'll Do

* Support OTRs in delivering meaningful, functional therapy interventions

* Help residents regain independence and skills for everyday living

* Complete 13-week assignments across Florida

* Bring creativity and compassion to facilities where help is needed most

What We're Looking For

* Associate degree from an accredited OTA program

* Active Florida COTA license or eligibility

* Excellent communication, teamwork, and adaptability

* Passion for resident-centered rehabilitation
