Location: 3210 Golf Road, Delafield, WI 53018

Schedule: Monday to Friday, plus two Saturdays each month

Compensation: Bi-weekly hourly pay with an option for Daily Pay to access earnings as they are accrued.

Potential to earn daily and quarterly bonuses!

Minimum Qualifications

  • Current dental hygienist license in Wisconsin and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (as applicable).
  • Strong understanding of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation.
  • CPR Certification.

Preferred Experience

  • Open to both new graduates and experienced hygienists.
  • Familiarity with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems.
  • A commitment to ongoing learning and development of clinical skills to meet patient needs and provide preventive care and overall dental health maintenance.
  • Clinical requirements as needed by the office.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to perform essential duties as required by the office or supervising doctor, with or without reasonable accommodations. Adjustments may be made to assist individuals with disabilities in fulfilling the essential functions of the role.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting and standing.
  • Must be capable of lifting and carrying up to 45 pounds occasionally.
  • Willingness to participate in virtual or in-person training sessions periodically throughout the year.
  • As part of our commitment to a safe and healthy environment for both staff and patients, a tuberculosis (TB) test is mandatory for all new hires in dental office roles. This standard requirement must be completed before starting employment. Arrangements for the test will be made during the pre-employment process, with necessary guidance provided. This requirement does not apply in Florida and Tennessee.
