Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership, supervision, and daily oversight of imaging staff.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and accreditation standards.
• Oversee workflow, scheduling, and quality assurance within imaging services.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support patient care.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate imaging technologists to foster professional growth.
• Support the implementation of new imaging technologies and process improvements.

Required Qualifications:

• Certificate and/or Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology.
• ARRT(R) certification required, plus additional certification in CT or Mammography.
• Eligible for Vermont Radiologic Technologist Licensure.
• Minimum 5 years of radiology experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Supervisory experience in a unionized healthcare setting.
• ARRT certifications in CT, Mammography, and Radiography.
• Experience with Epic EMR and Visage PACS systems.
