Job DescriptionPrepare the bar for success while opening.Take down plastic cages while opening.Greet guest in a timely manner.Efficiently provide bar service to both bar and guests on the floor alike.Maintain a clean and efficient work space.Ensure the bar is stocked for the shift. (juices, syrups, wines, and beers)Stock all straws and napkins as necessary. Communicate with management as far as what might be missing and must be ordered.Have all bar tools and mats clean at the end of the night.Make sure all plastic liquor cages are up and locked.Make sure liquor room is locked.As closing bartender, make sure every door is locked and all appropriate lights are off.Always make sure to check with upper management as to what is necessary before leaving (who is locking up?)
