We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) to oversee daily operations, ensure full compliance with Nevada Board of Pharmacy regulations, and lead our pharmacy team as we continue to grow.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the licensed Pharmacist-in-Charge, ensuring compliance with Nevada State Board of Pharmacy and federal regulations.
  • Oversee all aspects of pharmacy operations including dispensing, inventory management, staff supervision, and workflow efficiency.
  • Maintain DEA and Nevada regulatory compliance for controlled substances, recordkeeping, and reporting.
  • Supervise, mentor, and lead pharmacists, technicians, and support staff to ensure safe and effective practices.
  • Provide clinical oversight, patient counseling, and provider collaboration to support optimal medication therapy outcomes.
  • Act as the primary contact for inspections, audits, and communication with regulatory agencies.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and quality assurance programs.
  • Collaborate with company leadership on operational strategy, growth initiatives, and financial performance.
  • Ensure pharmacy licenses, permits, and accreditations are maintained and current.

Requirements:Qualifications

  • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Pharmacy from an accredited program.
  • Active, unrestricted Nevada Pharmacist license in good standing.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of pharmacy practice, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
  • In-depth knowledge of federal and Nevada pharmacy laws, including controlled substances management.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with pharmacy management systems and workflow optimization.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Pharmacist-in-Charge or Pharmacy Manager in Nevada.
  • Experience with specialty pharmacy, compounding, or home health pharmacy services.
  • Business development and operational management background.
