Job DescriptionConcrete Laborer
Ultimate LLC is immediately hiring Concrete Laborers for commercial projects in the Cincinnati, OH area. The pay range is $17–$20 per hour based on experience. All trades are scheduled 40+ hours a week. We are looking for skilled craftsmen to add to our team of dedicated, safe, productive, and proven craftsmen. Ultimate LLC provides weekly pay with no week in the hole and optional direct deposit.
Ultimate Job Duties

Deliver quality craftsmanship on all concrete projects.

Assist with mixing, pouring, site cleanup, striping, and finishing concrete for commercial projects.

Operate and maintain hand tools and small equipment such as trowels, floats, and screeds.

Assist in setting forms, ensuring proper alignment and slope.

Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow all safety protocols.

Work collaboratively with the crew to meet project schedules and quality standards.
Ultimate Trade Requirements

1+ years of construction or concrete experience preferred.

Appropriate PPE: Hard hat, high-visibility vest, steel toe boots, gloves, eye protection.

Must have basic hand tools to perform trade.

Ability to perform regular standing, bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 lbs without assistance.

Reliable transportation to Cincinnati job sites.
