Job Title: Ultrasound Technologist – RDMS
Location: Elmhurst, NY
Duration: 9 Weeks (High possibility of extension – Backfill)
Schedule: Night Shift | 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM | 5 Days/Week | 35 Hours/Week (7 Hours/Day)
Pay Rate: $60 to $66/hour

Position Overview:

Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Ultrasound Technologist – RDMS for an exciting Travel or Local job in Elmhurst, NY.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general diagnostic ultrasound procedures in accordance with established protocols

• Ensure accurate imaging and proper patient positioning

• Maintain patient safety, comfort, and confidentiality

• Operate ultrasound equipment efficiently during night-shift operations

• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to support timely diagnosis

• Maintain proper documentation and imaging records

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year of general registered ultrasound experience

• Strong knowledge of diagnostic imaging procedures and equipment

Education:

• Completion of an accredited Ultrasound Technologist training program (including military training if applicable)

Certifications & Licensure:

• Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) certification by ARDMS (Required)

• BLS certification (Preferred)
