Schedule:
- Monday through Friday; 7:30am - 4pm
Job Duties :
- The Office Clerk is responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support the daily operations of the office.
- Duties include managing incoming calls, handling correspondence, maintaining filing systems, data entry, processing invoices, and assisting with scheduling appointments and meetings.
- The clerk will also assist in preparing reports and ensuring that office supplies are stocked.
Qualifications:
- Must be bilingual in Spanish
- Candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent; previous experience in an office environment is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required, along with excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role.
