Job DescriptionIndustrial Electrician
Responsibilities
- Deliver electrical engineering support for systems and equipment within the designated area.
- Design, propose, and execute upgrade strategies for outdated controls and components.
- Oversee compliance and guide scheduled maintenance for plant power distribution systems.
- Organize and manage the planning, scheduling, and coordination of equipment installations.
- Provide engineering expertise and consultative support to diagnose and resolve complex operational and maintenance issues, including conducting root cause analyses to enhance Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
- Mentor junior engineers, electrical technicians, maintenance supervisors, and skilled trades personnel.
- Offer specialized technical knowledge in the adoption and integration of emerging technologies for plant operations and infrastructure.
- Contribute to long-term planning for processes and facilities, including capital investment and cost reduction initiatives.
- Lead continuous improvement efforts aimed at eliminating waste, particularly in areas such as equipment downtime, safety, work practices, and employee engagement.
- Manage or support the design, development, installation, budgeting, and evaluation of complex engineering projects.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $96324.80 - $96324.80/yr.
