Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

  • Valid South Carolina Department of Education (DOE) license required
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) preferred
  • Completion of the Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY) is a plus
  • Experience working in schools or with pediatric populations
  • Strong assessment and intervention skills for speech and language disorders

Responsibilities:

  • Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment services for students with speech, language, and communication challenges
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
  • Maintain detailed documentation of student progress and compliance with district and state regulations
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and support school-wide initiatives related to communication support
  • Travel to multiple school locations as assigned within the region
