Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Client Service Manager to join our growing team. This individual will serve as the front-line ambassador for our firm, ensuring that every client interaction is thoughtful, efficient, and delivered with white glove service.
The ideal candidate is self-driven, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about designing systems and processes that elevate the client experience. You’ll collaborate closely with senior-level management and be a strategic partner in cultivating client trust and long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, ensuring a seamless, proactive, and personalized service experience.

Anticipate client needs and follow through on requests with exceptional attention to detail.

Maintain regular, professional communication that builds trust and confidence.

Process Development & Optimization

Design, implement, and improve service workflows and client-facing systems.

Develop onboarding and service protocols to ensure consistent delivery of best-in-class support.

Maintain and improve documentation standards and client interaction tracking.

Project & Task Coordination

Oversee deadlines, status updates, and deliverables for client-related work across departments.

Collaboration with Leadership

Work closely with the Senior Managers to align client service strategies with business objectives.

Offer insights and feedback to continuously refine the firm’s client engagement model.

Client Confidence & Advocacy

Address client concerns with discretion, poise, and urgency.

Act as a client advocate internally, ensuring their needs are understood and prioritized.

Qualifications
-
3+ years of experience in client service or account management, ideally within a professional services or financial firm.

Proven ability to deliver white glove service in a high-touch environment.

Exceptional organizational and time-management skills; highly detail-oriented.

Demonstrated success in designing and improving service processes or systems.

Confident and professional communicator, both written and verbal.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with executive leadership and diverse client profiles.

Experience with CRM tools, practice management platforms, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
