Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Client Service Manager to join our growing team. This individual will serve as the front-line ambassador for our firm, ensuring that every client interaction is thoughtful, efficient, and delivered with white glove service.

The ideal candidate is self-driven, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about designing systems and processes that elevate the client experience. You’ll collaborate closely with senior-level management and be a strategic partner in cultivating client trust and long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, ensuring a seamless, proactive, and personalized service experience.

    • Anticipate client needs and follow through on requests with exceptional attention to detail.

    • Maintain regular, professional communication that builds trust and confidence.

  • Process Development & Optimization

    • Design, implement, and improve service workflows and client-facing systems.

    • Develop onboarding and service protocols to ensure consistent delivery of best-in-class support.

    • Maintain and improve documentation standards and client interaction tracking.

  • Project & Task Coordination

    • Oversee deadlines, status updates, and deliverables for client-related work across departments.

  • Collaboration with Leadership

    • Work closely with the Senior Managers to align client service strategies with business objectives.

    • Offer insights and feedback to continuously refine the firm’s client engagement model.

  • Client Confidence & Advocacy

    • Address client concerns with discretion, poise, and urgency.

    • Act as a client advocate internally, ensuring their needs are understood and prioritized.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in client service or account management, ideally within a professional services or financial firm.

  • Proven ability to deliver white glove service in a high-touch environment.

  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills; highly detail-oriented.

  • Demonstrated success in designing and improving service processes or systems.

  • Confident and professional communicator, both written and verbal.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with executive leadership and diverse client profiles.

  • Experience with CRM tools, practice management platforms, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
