ProCare Therapy has a contract speech language pathologistopening for an excellent school district in Sacramento, California. We are looking for a candidate that can potentially begin this semester and continue through to next school year. More details are listed below:
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Effective Communication: Help students express themselves confidently through speech and writing.
- Enhance Cognitive Skills: Strengthen memory, focus, and problem-solving abilities to boost academic success.
- Assess & Treat Speech Disorders: Develop personalized strategies for speech, fluency, and voice challenges.
- Facilitate Alternative Communication: Equip non-verbal students with tools and technology to aid communication.
- Promote Social & Academic Engagement: Teach students how to actively participate in discussions and classroom activities.
Requirements:
- Licensure: Active California SLP license (Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply).
- Education: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
- Experience: School-based experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive Pay: $60$72per hour (based on experience and qualifications).
