Position Overview
Anodyne Surgical is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor / Plant Manager to oversee daily manufacturing operations and help drive operational excellence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and improving production processes to ensure our products meet quality standards, remain cost-effective, and are delivered on time.
This role will collaborate with internal teams across production, quality, and operations while leading continuous improvement initiatives and Lean manufacturing practices.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the daily production process to ensure efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery
- Contribute to production planning, scheduling, and budgeting
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity, workflow, and manufacturing performance
- Maintain a safe and organized production environment
- Collaborate with QA/RA, HR, and Engineering to ensure operational success
Qualifications
- 5+ years of manufacturing or production experience
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing or 6S principles is a plus
- Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
