This role is a temporary position with Cirrus support an extended leave of absence. This role is anticipated to continue through the end of 2025 with the potential to extend into Q1 2026.
Cirrus Aircraft has an immediate opening for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator in our Duluth MN location. This individual will be responsible for coordinating recruitment activities for exempt and non-exempt positions which will include scheduling, arranging travel, compliance, onboarding, supporting recruiters and as needed attending career fair. In addition, this position will assist with other HR related analytical duties.
Duties and Responsibilities/Essential Functions
- Plans and conducts onboarding for new employees, fostering positive experience toward the Company.
- Performs reference and background checks on applicants.
- Arranges pre-employment physicals and drug tests. Conducts foreign national background screening.
- Files and maintains employment records for future references.
- Arranges candidate telephone and onsite interviews, per the hiring manager’s request.
- Corresponds with job applicants to notify them of opportunities and next steps.
- Arranges travel and lodging for applicants, as necessary.
- Utilizes applicant tracking system to maintain internal job postings and website postings
- Attends recruitment events (job fairs, presentations at schools) promoting job opportunities
- Assists with writing and placing job advertising in various media.
- Supports reviewing applications and pre-screens applicants to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements, and to provide information about the organization and position.
- Maintains metrics data on recruitment activities, applicant flow, interviews, hires, transfers, terminations, and days to fill on a daily/weekly/monthly/annual basis.
- Maintains employee personnel files.

Education and/or Experience:
- Minimum of two years experience in a high volume coordination environment REQUIRED.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent field preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to effectively work with others and maintain professional demeanor.
- Exceptional Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Travel to career fairs and recruitment events desired
