Project Manager
Location: Farmingdale, NY
Compensation: Up to $180,000 per year
We’re seeking an experienced and highly skilled HVAC Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll oversee HVAC installations for new construction high-rise projects across Long Island and the NYC boroughs.
The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in piping systems, proven experience managing complex mechanical projects, and the ability to coordinate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality, safe, and efficient HVAC solutions from start to finish.
What You’ll Do
- Manage all phases of HVAC projects from pre-construction through completion
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, manpower, and resources
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, subcontractors, and vendors
- Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and piping designs
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, codes, and quality standards
- Provide regular project updates and documentation for senior management
- Troubleshoot and resolve project-related issues as they arise
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HVAC Project Manager, specifically in new construction high-rise projects
- Strong knowledge of piping systems and mechanical installations
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with NY construction codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred (equivalent experience accepted)
