🔧 Now Hiring: Mechanical Assembler – Build Heavy‑Duty Tanker Trucks!
Are you a hands-on assembler with experience working on large equipment and machinery? Join our team as a Mechanical Assembler, where you'll help build high‑performance tanker trucks and essential sub‑assemblies that keep industries moving. If you love working with mechanical systems, interpreting blueprints, and assembling complex components, this is the role for you.
🛠️ What You’ll Do
- Install parts and sub‑assemblies before and after painting
- Assemble and install pumps, valves, piping systems, and driveline components
- Build and install drive systems, pulleys, meters, and hydraulic/pneumatic components
- Conduct test‑runs on completed equipment before shipment
- Read and interpret detailed manufacturing blueprints
- Update paperwork to reflect build changes and modifications
- Safely operate equipment such as:
- Overhead cranes
- Ironworkers
- Small band saws
- Drill presses
- Hand drills
- Cutting torches
- Additional required shop equipment
- Operate forklifts and maintain proper certification
✔️ What You Bring
- Strong mechanical repair and assembly experience
- Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, valves, and drivelines
- Confidence using power and hand tools for large‑scale assembly
- Experience reading and interpreting schematics and blueprint drawings
- Ability to work safely and efficiently with heavy equipment
🎯 Preferred Skills
- Welding experience (a strong plus)
- Familiarity with operating ironworkers, saws, drill presses, and cutting torches

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hugo, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00/hr.
