The Opportunity
We’re looking for an ambitious, coachable Sales Development Representative (SDR) who wants to build a long-term career in sales and leadership development — and possibly even own the business one day.
You’ll start by mastering prospecting, outreach, and booking qualified appointments with business owners, CEOs, and sales leaders throughout Massachusetts. As your skills grow, you’ll quickly move into qualifying, closing, coaching, and eventually facilitating workshops.
You’ll be trained daily by a top-performing team member who’s just 18 months ahead of you — and mentored by one of the most accomplished Sandler Presidents in the world. You’ll advance as fast as your performance allows. We won’t hold you back.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect and engage decision-makers via phone, LinkedIn, and email using proven Sandler tools and systems
- Book qualified appointments for our sales and leadership training programs
- Track activity and pipeline progress in our CRM
- Participate in daily and weekly coaching sessions
- Advance into full-cycle sales, coaching, and facilitation roles as you grow
What You Bring
- 2+ years of business, sales, or customer-facing experience (B2B preferred)
- Excellent communication skills—confident on the phone and on Zoom
- Self-motivated, organized, and driven by personal and professional growth
- Coachable, entrepreneurial, and eager to represent a global leader in training

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $50K–$60K + commissions
- 1st Year OTE: $70K–$90K+
- 2nd Year OTE: $110K+
- Career Path: Grow to $175K+ and beyond as you advance into senior roles
- Uncapped commissions
