<p>Assist teachers in creating lesson plans and maintaining a safe classroom environment</p>
<ul>
<li>Develop a cleaning routine throughout the day that keeps all of the interactive areas sanitary and safe</li>
<li>Monitor children during outdoor activities and interact with the children to enhance their learning</li>
<li>Work with teachers to maintain communication with parents and contact parents in emergency situations</li>
<li>Prepare and serve meals and monitor children during lunch time</li>
<li>Must have the ability to create and teach a lesson plan with little guidance</li>
<li>High school diploma/GED required</li>
<li>Must Posses Health Physical/ Drug Screening</li>
<li>Must possess valid CPR and First Aid certifications</li>
<li>Ability to pass background check and obtain a FBI Clearance</li>
<li>Caring and compassionate attitude a must</li>
<li>Must have CDA ( Resources available to help get it.)</li>
<li>Must have Child Protection Register</li>
