B&B Manufacturing, LLC., a Solve IMG company, produces and distributes custom and standard synchronous drive products that include timing belts, timing belt pulleys, roller chain sprockets, gears and related parts for the power transmission and precision mechanical component industries. We supply distributors and manufacturers with thousands of various components.
We are growing quickly and need talent that understands, embraces, and enjoys the challenges associated with such growth and seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Interacts with customers via telephone and email to provide support and information on products or services.
- Fields customer questions and complaints; when the issue is beyond the representative’s knowledge, forwards to the assigned specialist or other appropriate staff.
- Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers’ problems and concerns.
- Provides timely feedback to management regarding customer satisfaction.
- Interacts with B&B employees and representatives from various departments and locations to provide and receive information on customer orders and inquiries.
- Collects and enters orders for new or additional products or services.
- Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
- Adheres to all B & B policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be:
- High School or GED required.
- Associate degree with a focus on business administration preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Experienced with enterprise software solutions (JobBoss2).
- Outgoing, positive attitude.
- Operating with a high level of integrity and professionalism.
- Able to understand customer and market requirements.
- Willing to work with a global team.
Abilities:
- Good listening, problem sensitivity, quick response reaching time, arm-hand steadiness and rate control.
- Observing, receiving, and otherwise obtaining and entering accurate information in B&B ERP system.
- Able to communicate via telephone (incoming and outgoing) a majority of workday.
- Analyzing information and evaluation results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
- Providing information to supervisors, co-workers via telephone, written form, e-mail or in person.
- The ability to meet strict deadlines or be able to communicate those that cannot be met.
- Must follow all safety procedures and policies as mandated by B&B.
- Frequent walking.
Customer Service works day shift, Monday-Friday, between the hours of 7am-5:30pm. Shift flexibility available.
