Job DescriptionSalary: $22 - 30 / hour
Corstone Contractors LLC is an established commercial general contractor with repeat customers in multifamily, industrial, commercial and veterinary/medical markets across the Pacific Northwest. We are seeking self-motivated Laborer to add to our successful team.
The Laborer will start immediately on a project in Snohomish County. This position is subject to be assigned to any of our project locations across Washington. Required Qualifications:
- 1 years commercial construction experience
- Able to perform general physical tasks common to labor position (lifting items up to 100 pounds, kneeling, bending, standing, climbing, repetitive motion, use of hand tools, etc.)
- Possess valid Drivers License, good driving history and dependable transportation
- In possession of basic equipment including work boots, tool bag, hammer, tape measure, level, work gloves, and weather appropriate clothing
- Able to work weekends if necessary
- Demonstrated history of working safely and adhering to safety standards
- Perform set-up and clean-up tasks
- Direct traffic when necessary
- Provide labor support as needed for specialty crews
- Basic understanding of construction principals and procedures
- Able to work in fast-paced environment with weather fluctuations
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience completing work on active job sites
- Experience with commercial construction
- Ability to deal with unforeseen challenges and variety of personality types
- High-level of customer service
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
