About the Role
As a Senior Sourcing Manager, you’ll lead company-wide sourcing initiatives to identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers—enhancing supply chain diversity, resilience, and cost-effectiveness. You’ll serve as the primary sourcing representative for strategic projects and provide leadership and mentorship to a skilled procurement team committed to excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead supplier discovery and qualification for cables, connectors, and interconnect components.
- Evaluate supplier performance through metrics, scorecards, and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
- Build and nurture strategic supplier relationships that align with company values and long-term goals.
- Lead and develop a talented procurement team through coaching, training, and performance management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- 7–10 years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
- 3–5 years of leadership experience managing people and teams.
- ERP expertise (IFS Cloud preferred).
- Manufacturing experience—preferably in Aerospace & Defense or electronics—is a plus.
Pay range and compensation package
