The Office Administrator supports a small office team of 1-5 employees by managing daily administrative tasks with regular flexible hours, typically from 8-12 or 8-2 pm. This role involves frequent phone handling, appointment scheduling using Microsoft Outlook and Google Calendar, and maintaining organized records and receipts. Weekly interaction with external clients ensures smooth communication and efficient office operations.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct as necessary
- Confirm and schedule job appointments using Microsoft Outlook and Google Calendar
- File receipts and maintain organized document management systems
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Interact with external clients weekly to support office communications
- Manage customer inquiries and support office workflow
- Maintain efficient filing systems and document retrieval
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in office administration
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
