- Aircraft: BH407 VFR/NVG
- Operations: 24-hour coverage with day/night rotation
- Safety Standard: CAMTS-compliant operations
- Instrument Rating: Required
- Assignment: Travel/Pool Pilot based out of Mt. Pleasant, TX
- Commitment: Aircraft transition requires one-year minimum service (per CBA)

The ideal candidate brings proven aviation expertise, strong decision-making under pressure, and a mission-driven mindset.
Minimum Requirements:
- FAA Commercial and Instrument Helicopter Ratings
- FAA First Class Medical
- CAMTS Flight Hour Standards:
- 2,000 Total Hours
- 1,500 Helicopter Hours
- 1,000 PIC Helicopter Hours
- 500 Turbine Helicopter Hours
- 100 Unaided Night Hours OR 50 Unaided + 100 NVG Hours
- Meet weight requirement of ? 235 lbs.
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lift 100 lbs. (patient/equipment loading)
- Must pass physical exam, functional capacity test, drug screening, and background check
- Interview and acceptance by customer/management team
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual Salary: $89,045 – $110,501 (based on scheduled hours)
- Sign-On Bonus: Up to $100,000
