Job Title: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) – NICU/PICU/PEDS

Location: Cleveland, Ohio

Shift: Night Shift – 3x12 Hours (07:00 PM – 07:30 AM)
Contract Duration: 12 Weeks

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for a 12-week assignment in Cleveland, Ohio. The ideal candidate will provide respiratory care support for neonatal and pediatric critical care patients across NICU, PICU, and CVICU settings in a high-acuity healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver respiratory therapy care for neonatal and pediatric critical care patients
• Manage ventilators and respiratory support equipment in NICU, PICU, and CVICU units
• Assess and monitor patient respiratory status and respond to critical care situations
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to support patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and follow facility protocols
• Float to affiliated pediatric and neonatal care units as required

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent RRT experience required
• Must have experience in Pediatrics, PICU, and Level IV NICU care
• Current Ohio RRT License required at time of submission
• NBRC Certification required
• BLS, Advanced NRP, and PALS Certifications required
• Strong critical care and ventilator management skills required
