About OptraHeath- OptraHEALTH is seeking a seasoned sales leader with substantial experience in healthcare IT, revenue cycle management and patient engagement technologies. The Director of Sales will be responsible for spearheading strategic growth initiatives and establishing long-term partnerships with healthcare organizations. This role involves full ownership of the sales cycle- from prospect identification and initial outreach to contract negotiation and deal closure. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding the market presence of HealthFAX™ within the United States healthcare ecosystem.
The Opportunity

This role involves full ownership of the sales cycle- from prospect identification and initial outreach to contract negotiation and deal closure. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding the market presence of HealthFAX™ within the United States healthcare ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
· Utilize an established professional network to identify and pursue strategic sales opportunities.
· Manage all aspects of the sales process, including prospecting, presentation, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
· Position HealthFAX™ as a comprehensive solution for RCM optimization and patient engagement.
· Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, competitive offerings, and evolving client requirements.
· Foster and maintain strong relationships with senior executives and decision-makers across the healthcare sector.
Experience and Required Skills
· Proven track record in selling software solutions to U.S. healthcare systems, including hospitals, labs and RCM companies.
· Proven experience of selling healthcare AI software will be considered strongly.
· Proven success managing the end-to-end sales process and exceeding quotas in competitive markets.
· Experience with patient engagement platforms, including digital intake, communication tools and portals.
· Skilled in developing and executing sales strategies that drive adoption and revenue growth.
· Strong communication with excellent presentation skills for engaging stakeholders and investors.
· Strong analytical mindset with a collaborative approach to solving complex challenges across teams.
