The Apprentice program provides the opportunity for an incoming agent candidate to develop their skills and business knowledge while employed with one of the best agencies in the state. You will market, develop customer relationships within the community, and sell a large array of insurance products. Responsibilities
Market, Quote, Sell.
Meet sales and business growth goals by generating leads and scheduling appointments
Develop insurance quotes, conduct sales presentations, and close deals
Engage with potential clients via phone, email, and digital channels
Build and nurture relationships with clients and the community
Requirements
Willingness and ability to receive ID state Insurance licenses
Highly driven / self-motivated
Entrepreneurial spirit
Excellent communication skills
Experience or education in Sales, Marketing, Business, Finance or related field (helpful)
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
No recent bankruptcies or felonies
The desire to one day own a residual income business
