HR / Recruiting / Training Coordinator

About Us
We are a growing window and door company specializing in residential and commercial projects. As our team continues to expand, we are seeking an organized and people-focused HR / Recruiting / Training Coordinator to help support our office, sales, and field teams.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
- Serve as the HR contact for office staff, sales reps, installers, and service technicians
- Manage onboarding and offboarding for employees and 1099 contractors
- Maintain employee files, compliance documents, and workers’ comp records
- Track PTO, attendance, health benefits and HR documentation
- Assist with employee relations, policies, and disciplinary documentation
Recruiting
- Recruit for field positions sales, events, installers, service techs, measure techs and office roles
- Post job openings, screen applicants, and coordinate interviews
- Work with management to identify staffing needs
- Handle hiring paperwork, background checks, and onboarding coordination
Training & Development
- Coordinate new-hire onboarding and job-specific training
- Assist in training installers and service teams on company processes and expectations
- Maintain training materials, SOPs, and safety documentation
- Track certifications, licenses, and required trainings
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in HR, recruiting, or training (construction or trades preferred)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Comfortable working with both office staff and field crews
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Experience with Payroll & E-Verify is a plus
