HR Partner (Manufacturing) – Juana Díaz, PR
Schedule: Split shift, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Salary: Exempt, $65,000 annually
Position Summary
The HR Partner (Manufacturing) plays a critical role at our Juana Díaz, PR campus, providing on-site HR support and strategic guidance to assigned business units. This role ensures alignment between HR initiatives and business objectives, fostering a culture of engagement, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities

Compliance & Risk Management

Ensure adherence to federal and local labor laws.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal requirements to minimize risk and ensure regulatory compliance.

Employee Relations
-
Manage employee relations and conduct thorough, objective investigations.

Provide coaching and consultation to leadership on HR matters and employee lifecycle events.

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
-
Lead end-to-end recruitment and resourcing aligned with business needs and budget.

Support skills assessment and development initiatives.

Culture & Engagement
-
Champion a culture of connection, belonging, and employee engagement.

Promote proactive communication and a positive work environment.

HR Operations & Analytics
-
Deliver HR performance reporting and data analysis to support business cases and continuous improvement.

Manage KPIs, headcount reconciliations, time-off tracking, and other HR metrics.

Change Management & Development
-
Support organizational change and ensure workforce readiness for evolving business needs.

Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.

Cross-Functional Participation

Actively engage in BCP, EHS, compliance, sustainability, and corporate social responsibility initiatives.

Participate in site events, activities, and incident investigations.

Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Education:
-
Bachelor’s degree required (preferred majors: Business Administration, HR, Organizational Development).
Experience:
-
Minimum 3 years in an HR Generalist role.

Experience in manufacturing or regulated industries preferred.
-
Proficiency in employee relations, performance management, training, labor law, and HRIS systems.
Skills:
-
Fully bilingual (English & Spanish) with excellent communication and presentation skills.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.

Proficient in MS Office, HRIS, and time/attendance systems.
-
Self-motivated, reliable, and team-oriented.
