The Palms Recovery is opening it's Mental Health outpatient / PHP company in the near future.
**** PLEASE HAVE DIRECT EXPERIENCE IN A MENTAL HEALTH FACILITY ****
We are seeking a Clinical Director / Therapist / Supervisor to become a part of our team! You will coordinate medical and health services and assist in starting off the new mental health program.
**** Must have direct knowledge and experience in mental health outpatient / PHP. ****
**** Must know how to set up all aspects of the program. Group schedules, hours, etc. ****
Responsibilities:

<li>Oversee medical and health service activities and personnel</li>
<li>Plan and coordinate health services</li>
<li>Work collaboratively with physicians to implement appropriate healthcare programs</li>
<li>Maintain a clean environment to ensure patient safety</li>
<li>Establish and enforce healthcare policies and procedures</li>
</ul>

<li>Previous experience in healthcare or other medical fields</li>
<li>Experience in a managerial role</li>
<li>Strong leadership qualities</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communications skills</li>
