This position earns commission in addition to base pay. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn$22.68 - 34.02 hourly + up to $770 per period incentive, Base pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process.PURPOSE:Renewal by Andersen is looking for accomplished, driven and motivated Lead Installers to help perfect our customers experience in upgrading their homes. The Lead Installer is responsible for window and door installation of a single job site. Ensures customer satisfaction, pre-arrival planning for materials and resources, confirms measurement of window and doors prior to the commencement of work, performs routine to complex window or door installations, and proper work site shut down.   • Responsible for fabrication, assembly and managing the flow of material throughout the plant. Duties include but are not limited to:
  • Following all required safety practices and company standards
  • Operating manufacturing equipment and hand tools
  • Producing high quality work that conforms to standards

  • One to three years or experience in a warehouse environment preferred.
  • Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 100 lbs. and the ability to climb ladders required.
  • Ability to occasionally push/pull up to 100 lbs. required.
  • Must have good or corrected vision and the ability to add and subtract.
  • Basic language skills required.
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English preferred.
  • Read, comprehend and complete basic checklists, forms, or related documents.
  • Must be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner and balances team and individual responsibilities.
  • Must have ability to consistently report to work and on time.
  • Prefer candidates to be forklift certified or have a few years experience on a forklift. May consider candidates without this experience if some exposure to operation other/similar equipment.
  • Ability to use RF gun preferred
  • Previous computer experience preferred
