Now Hiring: Office Clerk – Data Entry & Customer Service
We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team.
Pay Rate: $16-$18 per hour DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate data entry using Excel and Microsoft Office
- Handle general clerical duties (filing, documentation, record keeping)
- Manage email communications professionally and efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service to internal teams and external contacts
- Assist with administrative support tasks
- Receive training on purchasing functions and processes
Qualifications:
- Prior experience with data entry and clerical work
- Working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Customer-service focused with a professional attitude
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
