About the Opportunity

You will join an established Talent Acquisition team supporting a growing business with a high volume of active openings across both technical and corporate functions. This role will manage approximately 20 to 30 requisitions and play a key role in helping the organization attract and retain top talent.

The ideal candidate is adaptable, proactive, and energized by growth. The company is evolving quickly, and this role offers the unique opportunity to help shape recruiting processes and contribute ideas that will influence the future of the Talent Acquisition function.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and corporate positions, including intake meetings, sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding

• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies

• Build creative sourcing strategies and proactively engage passive candidates

• Craft compelling job postings and outreach campaigns to attract top talent

• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication and thoughtful engagement

• Represent the organization professionally throughout all candidate interactions

• Maintain accurate recruiting data and leverage metrics to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement

• Ensure recruiting practices align with company policies and legal requirements

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment

• Proven success sourcing and converting passive candidates

• Experience managing multiple requisitions while balancing changing priorities

• Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on data integrity and process excellence

• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems; Dayforce experience is a plus

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Ability to work full-time onsite in Greenwood Village

• Demonstrated career stability and interest in a long-term opportunity

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred

• Experience recruiting for technical and corporate positions

• Experience helping build or improve recruiting processes in a growing organization

Compensation and Benefits

• Target compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 annually

Additional Details

Location: Greenwood Village, CO (DTC)

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Work Environment: Fully onsite with no remote flexibility

Requirements: U.S. Citizenship required. Candidates must successfully complete a pre-employment clearance process and standard background check.
