Prestigious DC Museum is seeking a Visitor Services Aide to provide support for 40 hours per week , long-term contract opportunity! Must be a US Citizen, able to commute to DC, and able to pass a background check.
Responsibilities include:
Assisting visitors
Strong customer service
Museum or similar experience a plus
Track group reservations (attention to detail)
Assist with various daily programs
Conduct surveys from visitors
Museum is open 7-days per week; schedule may be flexible.
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Schedule required is 5 days per week, to include 1 weekend day each week.
