Commercial Plumber – St. Petersburg, FL (Long-Term Project)
Location: St. Petersburg, FL

We are hiring an experienced Commercial Plumber for a long-term commercial construction project in St. Petersburg, FL. This role involves 2nd-stage rough-in plumbing and requires strong blueprint-reading skills and hands-on installation experience.
Responsibilities:
- Perform 2nd stage rough-in plumbing on commercial construction sites
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
- Install and modify plumbing systems using:

- PEX
- Copper (cutting, fitting, soldering)
- CPVC
- Set water supply lines and prep systems for trim-out
- Ensure work complies with local plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Coordinate with site supervisors, general contractors, and other trades
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Troubleshoot and resolve rough-in plumbing issues
Requirements:
- Proven commercial plumbing experience
- Strong understanding of 2nd stage rough-in processes
- Skilled in:

- Blueprint reading
- Copper soldering
- PEX and CPVC installation
- Knowledge of commercial plumbing codes and safety practices
- Ability to work independently or within a crew
- Reliable transportation and basic hand tools
- OSHA certification preferred but not required
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand, kneel, bend, and work in tight spaces
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors on active construction sites
