Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A healthcare therapy role focused on supporting students’ developmental needs is available on a contract basis for the 2026/27 school year. This opportunity involves applying occupational therapy expertise within school settings and collaborating to enhance fine and gross motor skills in children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and interventions tailored to individual student needs.
  • Develop and implement therapy plans targeting fine motor skills, gross motor skills, and overall functional development.
  • Work collaboratively with educators, parents, and healthcare professionals to support student progress.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation consistent with school and healthcare requirements.
  • Provide therapy services in a school environment with occasional home health components as needed.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Licensure as an Occupational Therapist required.
  • Experience in school-based occupational therapy preferred.
  • Familiarity with home health occupational therapy practices is a plus.
  • Proven ability to assess and improve fine motor and gross motor skills in pediatric populations.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills to navigate school and healthcare settings effectively.

Location and Schedule:

  • Position is based in Egg Harbor Township, NJ.
  • Contract role offering 5-10 hours per week throughout the 2026/27 academic year.
  • Flexible scheduling to accommodate school calendar and student needs.
