• Local Candidates: $55/hr
• Travelers: $65/hr

🕒 Schedule

• Shift: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Hours per Week: 35 hours
• Lunch: 1-hour unpaid lunch break daily
• Days per Week: 5

📋 Position Overview

The Clinical Business Analyst will be responsible for managing day-to-day grant operations and ensuring proper financial oversight and compliance.

📝 Key Responsibilities

• Grant financial management and analysis
• Budget analysis and expense report review
• Compliance monitoring and reporting
• Communication with grant sub-recipients regarding allocations
• Collaboration with the Special Pathogens team to ensure accurate spend-down of funds
• Documentation and system management
• OTPS (Other Than Personal Services) operations support
• Maintain organized records and ensure regulatory compliance

🎓 Education & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical, reporting, and documentation skills
• Experience with grant-funded programs preferred
